This website, TradersEdgeFX, is owned and operated by TradersEdgeFX LLC (collectively, the “Company”). The Company offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditional to your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

This Agreement is a legally binding contract, and you must read this Agreement before using or accessing the Services offered by the Company. By using the Services, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions contained within this Agreement.

By using our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and are of sound mind and that you can agree to and uphold the Terms of Service contained within this Agreement. If you use the Services on behalf of a business entity or other third party, then you represent that you have actual authority to act as an agent of that business entity or third party and that you have the right and ability to agree to and bind that third-party or business entity to the terms of this Agreement on its behalf.

You represent that your use of the Services does not violate any law, regulation, ordinance, statute, or treaty that applies to individuals or business entities located in the jurisdiction in which you live. You further represent that you are not prohibited from entering into this Agreement by the terms of any pre-existing agreement.

Any new features or tools that are added to the current store (under the provided educational simulated evaluation accounts section) shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

NONE OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU BY THE PROVIDER CAN BE CONSIDERED INVESTMENT SERVICES UNDER APPLICABLE LAWS. THE PROVIDER DOES NOT GIVE OR PROVIDE TO YOU ANY GUIDANCE, INSTRUCTIONS, OR INFORMATION ABOUT HOW OR IN WHICH MANNER YOU SHOULD PERFORM TRANSACTIONS WHEN USING THE SERVICES OR OTHERWISE, OR ANY OTHER SIMILAR INFORMATION ABOUT THE SIMULATED INVESTMENT TOOLS TRADED, NOR DOES THE PROVIDER ACCEPT ANY SUCH GUIDANCE, INSTRUCTIONS, OR INFORMATION FROM YOU. NONE OF THE SERVICES CONSTITUTE INVESTMENT ADVICE OR RECOMMENDATIONS. NO EMPLOYEES, STAFF, OR REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PROVIDER ARE AUTHORIZED TO PROVIDE INVESTMENT ADVICE OR RECOMMENDATIONS. SHOULD ANY INFORMATION OR STATEMENT OF ANY EMPLOYEE, STAFF, OR REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PROVIDER BE INTERPRETED AS INVESTMENT ADVICE OR RECOMMENDATIONS, THE PROVIDER EXPLICITLY DISCLAIMS THAT THE SAME IS INVESTMENT ADVICE OR RECOMMENDATIONS AND SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEM

We may grant access to third parties to our website to troubleshoot and/or maintain a website, database, or infrastructure-related issues. These accesses are monitored and removed after the scope of work is performed.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES IN A SIMULATED ENVIRONMENT ONLY.

The registration fees are paid to allow you to access the TradersEdgeFX platform, models, and services. The Customer is not entitled to a refund of the registration fees if the service has been started (i.e., started simulated trading on our platform) and/or the Customer did not successfully complete the Evaluation. No refund applies to our 2 Stage Simulated Evaluations that TradersEdgeFX offers.

Section 1 – Online Registration Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and upon written authorization of the provider you may allow any of your minor dependents or siblings consent to use this site.

You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Section 2 – General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Section 3 – Prohibited Conduct and Strategies

Users may perform any simulated trading other than any such transaction that constitutes Prohibited Conduct (as such term is defined below). You also agree to follow good market standard rules and practices for trading on financial markets (e.g., risk management rules).

Restrictions may also be imposed by the trading conditions that you have selected for simulated trading.

You acknowledge that TradersEdgeFX has access to information about the simulated trades that you perform on the platforms. You grant TradersEdgeFX the right to share this information with its affiliates and use any such Data relating to your activity in the Site and Services for its legitimate business purposes. You agree that these activities may be performed automatically without any further consent, consultation, or approval on your part and that you are not entitled to any remuneration or revenue associated with the use of the Data by TradersEdgeFX.

TradersEdgeFX bears no responsibility for the information displayed on the Sites or Services nor for any interruption of, delay, or inaccuracy in the market information displayed through your educational simulated evaluation account unless fraud or gross negligence is shown to have occurred. Where there is a delay or system error, the provider, within a reasonable amount of time, shall endeavor to correct the situation. For purposes of the aforementioned, a reasonable timeframe for correction is equal to five business days.

You agree to always apply market standard risk management rules for trading on financial markets while using the Sites and Services. You acknowledge that these standards are not met where you open substantially (i) larger position sizes compared to your other simulated trades, or (ii) smaller or larger number of positions compared to your other simulated trades.

TradersEdgeFX reserves the right to determine, at its discretion, whether certain trades, practices, strategies, or situations are Prohibited Conduct. If you engage in any Prohibited Conduct.

TradersEdgeFX may:

Consider it as a failure to meet the conditions of the simulation evaluation, or
Immediately cancel all Services provided to you and terminate these Terms of Service and your educational simulated evaluation account.

If the User engages in any Prohibited Conduct, TradersEdgeFX may prevent the User from accessing any or all Sites and Services, including the educational simulated evaluation account and the Sites, without any compensation or refunds.

You are expressly prohibited from using any trading strategy that is prohibited by TradersEdgeFX or any Brokers it uses. Such prohibited trading (“Prohibited Trading”) shall include, but not be limited to:

Exploiting errors or latency in the pricing and/or platform(s)
Front-running trades.
Performing trades using an external or slow Data feed.
Attempting to arbitrage
Perform gap trading by opening simulated trades during major global news, macroeconomic events or corporate reports or earnings, that might affect the relevant financial market (i.e., market that allows trading of financial instruments that might be affected by the events)
Execute simulated trades in contradiction with how trading is performed in the applicable market, or in a way that establishes justified concerns that the provider might suffer financial or other harm because of the customer’s activities (e.g., overleveraging, overexposure, one-sided bets, account rolling).
Using any trading strategy that includes disruptive practices (determined by TradersEdgeFX at our sole discretion), including but not limited to spoofing strategies.
Using any software, artificial intelligence, ultra-high speed, or mass Data entry that might manipulate, abuse, or give the User an unfair advantage while using the Site or Services.
Using any instruments that may adversely affect the operation of the Site and Services or that would be intended to misuse any errors, bugs, or other deficiencies of the Sites and Services.
Performing, alone or in concert with any other persons, including between connected accounts, or accounts held with different TradersEdgeFX Parties, trades, or combinations of trades, the purpose of which is to manipulate, abuse, or give User an unfair advantage while using the Site or Services, for example, by engaging in any short term or high-frequency trades or simultaneously entering opposite positions.
In concert with others, including between unconnected accounts and third parties, performing the same trading strategy (i.e., performing the same simulated trades in the same time increments), opposite strategy, or other activity meant to pool or hedge risk of the aggregate, unconnected accounts.
Circumvent geographical restrictions of availability or any other technical restrictions.
Trading on behalf of others including but not limited to sharing any incentives as part of any business arrangement; or
Utilizing non-public and/or insider information
Trading in any way that jeopardizes the relationship that the Company has with a broker or may result in the cancellation of trades.
Trading in any way that creates regulatory issues for the Broker.
Perform simulated trades in contradiction with the terms and conditions of the provider and the trading platform selected.

You may trade during the release of News.

News events can cause sudden and unpredictable price movements. Avoiding this volatility is a way to strengthen your Risk Management practices.

Being mindful of these events allows you to make more informed decisions, minimize potential losses, and promote strong Risk Management.

If TradersEdgeFX detects that your trading constitutes Prohibited Trading, your participation in the program will be terminated and may include forfeiture of any fees paid to the Company. Additionally, and before any Customer shall receive an educational simulated funded account, the simulated trading activity of the Customer under these Terms of Service shall be reviewed by both the Company and the Broker to determine whether such simulated trading activity constitutes Prohibited Trading. In the case of Prohibited Trading, the Customer shall not receive an educational simulated funded account.

Additionally, TradersEdgeFX reserves the right to disallow or block any Customer from participating in the program for any reason, in the Company’s sole and absolute discretion.

Section 4 – Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information

We make every effort to ensure that the information we provide is accurate, however, the information is also supplied by third parties, and we are not responsible if the information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. As an option to mitigate your risk, you are always welcome to email your questions to resolutions@tradersedgefx.com This site may contain certain historical information. Historical information, necessarily, is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

Section 5 – Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Educational Simulated Evaluation Service without notice at any time.

Section 6 – Products or Services (if applicable)

We reserve the right but are not obligated to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Section 7 – Accuracy of Billing and Educational Simulated Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer educational evaluation simulated account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we shall attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or unauthorized distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your educational simulated evaluation account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Your educational simulated evaluation account is unique to you and cannot be shared with any other person or entity. You are prohibited from purchasing an educational simulated evaluation account on behalf of a third party or having an educational simulated evaluation account purchased for you by a third party. Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password is your responsibility. If you believe your educational simulated evaluation account has been breached, immediately notify The Company.

Section 8 – Optional Tools

We may provide you with access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor have any control or input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools on an” as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement.

We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s). We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.

Section 9 – Third-party Links

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or any other materials, products, or services of third parties.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Please review carefully the third-party’s policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party.

Section 10 – User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions

If you submit items or creative ideas, we have the right to use them without limitations. We are not obligated to maintain comment confidentiality or provide compensation. Offensive or violative content may be removed without notice. Use accurate information, refrain from harmful conduct, and comply with applicable laws.

We are not obligated to (1) maintain the confidentiality of any comments, (2) provide compensation for any comments, or (3) respond to any comments. Any content generated by you or anyone authorized to use your account that we deem offensive, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, objectionable, or in violation of intellectual property rights will be removed at our sole discretion, without prior notification. Continued addition of such content will result in the immediate termination of your account, and we will notify you accordingly.

Any content produced by you or any authorized user of your account, that we find offensive, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or in violation of intellectual property rights, will be removed at the sole discretion of the service provider without prior notification. If you persist in adding such content, we will notify you that your account has been terminated with immediate effect.

You agree that your comments will not violate the rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or any other personal or proprietary right. Furthermore, you agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, nor include any computer viruses or malware that could impact the operation of the Service or any associated website.

You are prohibited from using a false email address, impersonating someone else, or misleading us or third parties regarding the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the comments you make. We assume no responsibility and bear no liability for any comments posted by you or any third party.

Both parties must interact under this agreement with fairness and respect. Actions detrimental to the other party’s reputation or legitimate interests are strictly prohibited. Any disputes should be resolved per the agreement and applicable law. Violations may lead to legal action, including a cease and desist notice, to protect the aggrieved party’s rights and interests.

Section 11 – Personal Information

To register with TradersEdgeFX, you may be asked to provide personal information, including, but not limited to your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or date of birth for an educational simulated evaluation account that is unique to you.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Section 12 – Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend, or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

Section 13 – Prohibited Actions

You are expressly prohibited from using the Services to violate any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or treaty, whether local, state, provincial, national, or international, or to violate the rights of a third party, including, but not limited to intellectual property rights, privacy rights, rights of publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights.

Additionally, you are expressly prohibited from scraping, crawling, framing, posting unauthorized links to, aggregating, hacking, performing denial of service (DOS) attacks on, reverse engineering, or circumventing technological protection measures of the Services or the Company website.

You are also prohibited from using the Services or the TradersEdgeFX website to transmit unsolicited commercial emails to third parties. While The Company is not responsible for any such content posted and does not have the affirmative obligations to monitor such content, it does reserve the right to remove it.

Section 14 – Limited License

The Company provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-assignable, revocable, and royalty-free license to use the Services for its customary and intended purposes. You are expressly prohibited from scraping, framing, hacking, reverse engineering, crawling, or aggregating the Services, TradersEdgeFX Website, whether in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of TradersEdgeFX.

You acknowledge and agree that your limited use of the Services does not entitle you to any license or intellectual property rights to any technology, intellectual property, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets of the Company or any third-party contractor thereof. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Services is limited by the terms of this Agreement, and you expressly agree that you will not use the Services in any manner that is not expressly authorized under the terms of this Agreement. The Company reserves all its rights not expressly granted through this Agreement. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

This license is revocable at any time, and any rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved for TradersEdgeFX.

Section 15 – Trademark

TradersEdgeFX names and logos and all related products and services and our slogans are the trademarks or service marks of the Company or licensed to the Company. All other marks are the property of their respective companies. No trademark or service mark license is granted in connection with the materials contained on the Company Website. Access to the Company website does not authorize anyone to use any name, logo, or mark in any manner.

You acknowledge and agree that all trademarks, trade names, design marks, or logos displayed on the TradersEdgeFX website by the Company, are common law or registered trademarks owned by or licensed to the Company. You are expressly prohibited from using the trademarks of the Company to cause confusion, deceive consumers, or falsely designate the origin of, source of, or sponsorship of your goods or services. You are further prohibited from using the trademarks of the Company in domain names, keyword advertisements, trigger keyword advertisements, or meta tags. All other trademarks, trade names, design marks, or logos are the property of their respective owners.

All materials, including images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, programs, audio clips or downloads, video clips, and written and other materials that are included on this Website (collectively, the “Contents”) are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. No right, title, or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you, because of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents, the Company website or any related software. All software used on the Company website is the property of the Company or its suppliers and protected by the laws of The United States of America. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance, of the Contents on the Company website is strictly prohibited. Unless otherwise noted, all Contents are copyrights, trademarks, and/or other intellectual property owned, controlled, or licensed by the Company, one of its affiliates, or by third parties who have licensed their materials to us and are protected by laws of The United States of America. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all Contents on the Company website is the exclusive property of the Company and is also protected by the laws of The United States of America.

Section 16 – Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for an indefinite period or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties, or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. In no case shall

TradersEdgeFX, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Section 17 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradersEdgeFX and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, representatives, suppliers, white-label users, interns, and employees, harmless from any losses, including, but not limited to costs and attorney’s fees arising out of or related to your use of the Website; your violation of these Terms of Service of this Agreement; your violation of the rights of third parties, including but not limited to intellectual property rights or other personal or proprietary rights; and violation of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or treaty, whether local, state, provincial, national or international.

Section 18– Force Majeure

TradersEdgeFX shall not be liable to Customer for any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, caused, directly or indirectly, by any events, actions, or omissions, including without limitation, claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses, including attorneys’ fees, resulting from civil unrest, war, insurrection, international intervention, governmental action (including, without limitation, exchange controls, forfeitures, nationalizations, devaluations), natural disasters, acts of God, market conditions, inability to communicate with any relevant person or any delay, disruption, failure or malfunction of any transmission or communication system or computer facility, whether belonging to the Company, Customer, or third-party service provider.

Section 19– Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Section 20 – Termination

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred before the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment, you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

The Company reserves the right to terminate the Services or your access to the Company website in its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice.

Section 21 – Disputes

Once you dispute an order payment it harms the company, financially, and causes damage to our company profile in the eyes of the Payment Gateway. Hence, according to our policy, we will ban educational evaluation simulated accounts (directly involved in the dispute/against the same order number) of customers who dispute their payments, and moving forward we will not entertain any requests to unban the educational simulated evaluation accounts(s).

A user who is involved in a disputed transaction in the normal course of business, where there have not been any issues or problems caused by “The Company”, will NOT be eligible for any further educational simulated evaluation accounts with TradersEdgeFX. Additionally, all other active educational simulated evaluation accounts, with a balance above the initial balance, will be refunded.

This policy is in place to protect TradersEdgeFX from any financial adversity as well as to ensure the long-term viability of the brand name.

Section 22 – Entire Agreement

The failure of TradersEdgeFX to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or concerning The Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and “The Company” and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and TradersEdgeFX (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

Section 23 – Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed under U.S. law.

TradersEdgeFX (the “Company”) is incorporated in the Bahamas. You have provided services to the Company, including trading execution services, under an Independent Contractor Agreement (the “Agreement”) entered with the Company. In providing these services, and by the terms of the Agreement, “the Company” has operated under the understanding that you have and are continuing to act in compliance with the customer’s residing country’s securities laws, as they may apply to you.

If you have any questions concerning any obligations that may apply to you, we encourage you to consult legal counsel.

Section 24– Changes to Terms of Service

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Refund Policy

All customers are entitled to receive a full refund for any order they have purchased if they have NOT placed any simulated trades on the respective educational simulated evaluation account(s). However, customers who plan to start 30 days after the purchase must inform us by contacting resolutions@tradersedgefx.com as all educational simulated evaluation accounts without prior notice of inactivity for 30 days or more are ineligible for a refund. Customers can apply for a refund by contacting our Billing Department at resolutions@tradersedgefx.com and informing them of the matter. After the request has been evaluated for eligibility, they will be notified via email. Customers are eligible for a full refund on any order they have purchased if they have not started simulated trading on the platform.

In case of a legal dispute, all active educational simulated evaluation accounts that are at and/or above the initial balance will be refunded to the customer apart from the disputed educational simulated evaluation account and the customer will no longer be able to avail of the services in the future as stated in Section-17 of our Terms of Services.

If a customer is found to be underage by the standards of TradersEdgeFX, (under 18) their order will be refunded immediately.

Customers residing in regions where TradersEdgeFX does not offer its services will be refunded.

TradersEdgeFX does not offer its services to anyone possessing a criminal record or anyone involved in any sort of adverse media presence. The orders of all such individuals will be refunded. This is to lower the company’s risk exposure and to protect TradersEdgeFX from adversity.

TradersEdgeFX holds a neutral stance regarding any political activity and therefore will not allow individuals with any sort of recorded political activity to avail themselves of its services.

None of the information provided by the Company or contained herein is intended as investment advice, an offer or solicitation of an offer to buy or sell, or a recommendation, endorsement, or sponsorship of any security, company, or fund.

Use of the information contained on the TradersEdgeFX website is at your own risk and the Company assumes no responsibility or liability for any use or misuse of such information. Nothing contained herein is a solicitation or an offer to buy or sell futures, options, or forex. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.

This is not an investment opportunity. You do not deposit any funds for investment. We do not ask for any funds for investment. At no time do you risk your own capital and there are no promises of rewards or returns.
